Price of Goods

Prices are entered in Sterling, and therefore Euro and Dollar conversions on our website are only an estimate.  Your actual payment amount will be determined by your Bank/Creditcard exchange rate on the day of purchase.

Delivery Dates 

All Delivery dates are estimated.  We cannot be held liable for any loss/damage for late deliveries.

Delivery of your order will be made on or around the delivery date, you should make all efforts to be there to receive your parcel.

Exclusion Clauses

Your statutory rights are not affected.  This is not a sale of goods by sample or description and any description of the Goods is by way of identification only.

Cancellation & Returns Policy/Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel an order for a product purchased from us within seven working days after date of delivery (PLEASE NOTE: this cancellation right does not apply to products made to a particular specification or to personalised products).

Please return the goods to us with all packaging within 7 days, telling us that you wish to cancel the order.

We will only pay reasonable postage costs for goods that were:

- Damaged or defective on delivery

- Delivered in error

- A substitute product.

This Cancellation & Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Supply & Availability

All goods are subject to availability and we have the right to refuse supply to any individual.


We cannot be held liable for any taxes or costs that are not paid or imposed by us.



If you need to make a return, please read the returns policy carefully and follow the rules to ensure you avoid any delays.

How to send your item back?

Please treat the item your returning as if it were your own.  It should be packaged in the same manner in which it was sent(ie. folded), as it will return to stock and be re-sold.  We will assess any damage incurred during return shipment and refuse such items if they are not resaleable.
In addition to damage, any item that reek of body odour, deodorant/aftershave/perfume, cigarette smoke, cooking or stained with makeup or lippy cannot be resold, so will be rejected.
  And if it's been washed, dried or damaged in any way then there's no chance!

If you request a refund or exchange, make sure you return your item with all it's packaging and a copy of your invoice(away from the garment to avoid any stains), and also let us know who you are and why you are returning, and we will make sure you are looked after quickly.

 What are the return shipping costs?

Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. These shipping costs to be paid, as per your purchased HairyHaggis garment, On-Line by credit card only!

United Kingdom Only Registered Post £2.99

- Rest Of Europe Registered Post £8.50

- Rest Of World Registered Post £9.99


How long will it take to process my return?

We will try and deal with your request as soon as possible, however please it can sometime take up to 10 days.

Returning an unwanted item

Every HairyHaggis garment is individually made to your order specification and therefore we perform a quality check on every item.
You are entitled to return an unworn/unopened item for full refund within 7 days after delivery.  We will refund your payment once we have received and processed your returning item.  We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.  Unfortunately we cannot refund after the 7 day period, however we will offer an exchange for an unwashed/unworn item if requested within 21 days of delivery.  If your item is rejected by us, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it back to you.

Can I return a Sale or Clearance item?

No, unless there is a fault with the garment in line with your statutory rights.

Can I return a personalised top?

HairyHaggis will produce personalised garments according to your order requirements, ie colour/size/image etc, and as a consequence these garments cannot be resold.  So in these instances we can only accept items that are defective/faulty.  Always make sure that you request the correct size and that any images and spelling are what you want.  If you are unsure about the size of the garment, please see the detailed size charts, within the description for each item.  If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you.
